Adventure International Inc.

For this particular program the applicant must have valid teaching credentials (emergency credential, secondary credential, K-12 credential, full TESOL degree, collegiate level professor/assistant professor, etc. . .) Accelerated TESOL certifications do not satisfy our requirements at this time.
Hello, we are Adventure International Inc., a San Diego and Japan based educational company. We are currently expanding our base of excellent homestay families with teachers interested in experiencing a great educational and cultural exchange opportunity for 2014-2015.

Substitute teachers, teachers not currently working in the classroom, and retired teachers or educators are needed to host adult Japanese students, over 21 years old. Our student’s ages range anywhere from twenty-one to over sixty. This program offers you and your family the unique opportunity to experience the wonders of Japanese culture while sharing your American culture at the same time.

*Based on student/guest requests, the teacher will conduct English lessons for a couple of hours a day (curriculum provided).
* Teacher must be home with the student during the program.
*The teacher and family will spend time with their student having fun, while allowing them to experience the typical American family lifestyle.
Support System:
