I am an experienced educator with over 14 years in education, specializing in English Language Arts and English as a Second Language. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a Second Language, am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Bilingual Education. From 2011 to 2021, I worked as an ESL teacher supporting multilingual learners, and since 2021 I have served as a classroom teacher in a dual language program, teaching fifth-grade ELA. I am passionate about culturally responsive teaching, language development, and creating inclusive learning environments where all students can thrive.
