I am passionate about fostering a love for learning within my learners and creating a positive learning environment by implementing the student centred approach which is all about the learners,it allows them to take on leadership roles,to be critical thinkers and to express themselves fully which gives them an opportunity to grow and develop in everyday way possible and become responsible global citizens.With my teaching practice experience I have been able to develop engaging lesson plans,managed diverse classrooms and altered my teaching and learning strategies as well as my communication strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
