Hi, I'm Joshua from South Africa, a native English speaker with a 120-hour TEFL certificate. I've always enjoyed working with people and helping others build confidence in their English skills. Before teaching, I spent 6 years working in demanding industrial environments where clear communication, teamwork and safety were essential. Working with people from different backgrounds taught me patience, adaptability and how to explain things in a simple and effective way. My teaching style is relaxed, friendly and encouraging because I believe students learn best when they feel comfortable making mistakes and speaking without pressure. Growing up in multicultural South Africa has also given me experience interacting with many different cultures and ways of communicating. My goal is to make learning English practical, enjoyable and something students can look forward to every lesson.
