Every Child in my class is important. I use *Bloom's Taxonomy* to guide my lessons. I begin with activities that help learners remember and understand the concepts. From there, we move on to applying, analysing, and evaluating what they have learned. Finally, I encourage them to create their own ideas, solutions, or projects based on the lesson. This approach helps learners develop critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. I have not taught online before, but I am familiar with using Zoom. I understand how to use its features to support effective online teaching, such as the chat box, reactions, screen sharing, and annotation tools to keep learners engaged throughout the lesson.
