In 2015, I graduated as Bachelor in Secondary Education (BSED) Major in ENGLISH at Sultan Kudarat State University and on September of the same year, I passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET). In 2018, I decided to go back in teaching and applied for a teaching position at the Department of Education (DepEd) – Sultan Kudarat Division. Luckily I got hired by the department and became a regular high school classroom teacher assigned in the municipality particularly in Palimbang district 1. For almost 5 years now, I have gained knowledge and different approaches and techniques on how to handle students with diverse culture and personalities. I believe that by capturing the attention of the learners, by understanding the students’ uniqueness and traits, modifying and initiating lots of strategies/activities based on what the learners need to understand and need to know and by making them learn while having fun in class.
