Even though I may not have teaching experience to share, I believe that I am passionate and determined enough to be an ideal candidate in your esteemed institution. I am an adaptable person who believes that there’s no such thing as 'one-size-fits-all'. As a teacher, we should be flexible enough to modify teaching methods to cater to different learning preferences, abilities, and situations. I also have empathy and compassion towards others, which I think a teacher should possess, as I give importance to my students’ well-being not just academically but also emotionally. Lastly, I believe that teaching is a lifelong learning process, so I will improve myself by updating my skillset and ensuring that my teachings are in line with up-to-date teaching methodologies, adopting new technology, and exploring different instruction techniques so young learners will not be confined only within the four corners of the classroom or what’s written in books but to go beyond learning.
