***Job Summary***
35 working hours per week
2 days off every week, usually on weekdays
Two types of shift work:
Morning shift: 9/10 AM – 5/6 PM
Evening shift: 1/2 PM – 9/10 PM

***Responsibilities***
Prepare and fulfill English assessment for students
Make a corresponding learning plan according to the level of each student
Be responsible for the teaching of English, including listening, speaking, writing, etc
Fulfill one to one teaching and make adjustments based on the different situation of each student aswell as their requirements
Fulfill student activities with other colleagues

***Compensation***
Competitive salary between 12,000-19,000rmb depending on the city and qualifications
Housing allowance 2,000-3,000 RMB/month depending on qualifications
Quarterly performance bonus of 2,500rmb depending on the performance
Flight allowance up to 8000 RMB
Contract renew bonus of 3,000-6,000 RMB
