Company Description
Helen Doron International Songdo Campus is looking for teachers, new or experienced, who are great with children and enjoy dancing, singing, games and activity-base teaching. Teachers will utilize the Helen Doron Methodology with extensive support from Helen Doron International Headquarters. Teachers will receive training, guidance, and on-the-job support from management and co-teachers. Located in the International City of Songdo, teachers will be living in one of the cleanest and most advance cities of South Korea.
Requirements:
We are recruiting for March 2023. There will be a training of at least 7 days
Suitable Candidates must:
1. Have a clean criminal record
2. Hold a passport from an English-speaking country (UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand)
3. Have a University degree (teaching experience or early childhood development students will be a plus)
4. Experience with working with children.
5. Be positive and have a flexible attitude.
6. Be Happy to continuously learn and improve teaching abilities.
7. Pass a Helen Doron Training course.
General conditions:
Starting salary: 2.2-2.6 million KRW/month.(depending on experience)
Accommodation: Studio flat provided
Flights: Covered
Lunch: Provided (Organic, fresh, Korean-Style plant based)
Severance Pay: Full (an extra 1-month worth of salary upon the completion of each year)
National insurance: Covered
Health insurance: Provided (50% Employer, 50% Employee)
Workdays: Mon-Fri (9:00-18:00)
Actual teaching hours: Max 120 a month.
Class size: 8 to 10 students
Vacation: 5 days in the Summer, 10 days in the Winter + 15 National Holidays
