GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR WORKING IN VIETNAM

- salary is paid in Vietnamese dongs (VND), which can be exchanged for US dollars if desired. The minimum salary is VND32,000,000 (approximately $1,400) per month, depending on the candidate's education and experience.

- working hours - 100 hours per month at the main job. Optionally, you can find additional private lessons.

- the employer provides housing.

- the main age of students is from 3 to 14 years.

- the contract is signed for 1 year with the possibility of extension.

- the academic year starts in September.

EMPLOYMENT PROCESS

1. Video presentation no more than a minute and a summary in English about you and your experience.
2. After receiving of a positive response from the company's partners, search for employers, organization of interviews.
3. Signing of an agreement with the employer.
4. Preparation for arrival in Vietnam (see documents required for entry into the country below). Getting of a job (business) invitation letter.
5. Arrival in Vietnam (search for housing, start of work)
6. Preparation and submission of documents for a work permit and a temporary residence permit (see the list of documents below).

Preparing for your arrival in Vietnam:

1. Documents from the candidate:

- Passport (valid for at least 6 months)

- Diploma of Higher Education

- certificate of no criminal record

- TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certificate

- a certificate for the level of English proficiency C1

Documents are provided in electronic form, and the originals must be brought to Vietnam.

2. Documents for entry into the country:

- international passport

- certificate of vaccination in English. The following COVID -19 vaccines have been approved in Vietnam : Covaxin , Janssen , Spikevax ( Moderna ), Vero - Cell of Sinopharm , Comirnaty ( Pfizer BioNTech ) of Pfizer , A 2 D 1222 of AstraZeneca , Sputnik V of Gamalaya .

- an invitation for work (business) from the employer

The company's services include:

- consultancy on working in Vietnam

- job search

- organization of interviews

- full support and assistance in solving emerging problems with working conditions at the employer provided by the company throughout the entire period of work at the educational institution.
