With Students:
- Conduct 1:1 online 30 minute English classes (both speaking & writing) with students via zoom responsibly
- Schedule:
- Open class slots between 18:00-23:00 KST for atleast 4 days a week
- Schedule can be flexible, and classes can be conducted during weekends as well
- Schedule must have at least 10 hours of set availability and would be the same each week
- Prepare for classes with EngAll-provided materials, keeping in mind the student's specific request
- Ensure active student engagement through interactive classes while respecting students' personal boundaries
- Fill in student's feedback form in detail at the end of each class
With EngAll Team:
- Diligently attend onboarding (training) meetings arranged by the company and take time to understand how the EngAll system works
- Provide constructive feedback on issues that arise during online classes while working with the EngAll support team to resolve said issues
- Respond to communications and feedback sent by the team actively
Required Qualifications

All the conditions mentioned in either A) or B) must be met to be selected for this role:
A) Be a native English speaker having a US, Canada, UK, Australia or New Zealand passport, and be enrolled in, or have graduated from an accredited university
B) Be a native English speaker having a South Africa passport, and have completed schooling from, or have graduated from an accredited university in the US, Canada, UK, Australia or New Zealand
- Recognized TESOL/TEFL/CELTA qualifications or equivalent
- Ability to prepare lesson plans for the class from EngAll materials and ESL websites like Ellii and ESL Pals
- Have access to a home computer/laptop (Windows or iOS) with stable/reliable internet with minimal power outages
- Private room to teach without background noise
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate Degree from an accredited University in English language, Linguistics, or Education
- Have experience in teaching online, especially kids aged 4-12 years
- Have experience in conducting of TOEFL, IELTS, TOEIC, or OPIC prep classes with adult
- Can quickly type while conversing with a student
- Ability to diagnose and fix technical issues related to Zoom, Google Chrome and Drive, Wi-fi, etc. promptly
