The Student Services Coordinator at INX Academy supports ESL students, helping them with academic, social, and personal needs. The role aims to enhance the student

experience and ensure their success. The Student Services Coordinator will be responsible for the following duties:

• Student Support: Assist students with academic and personal concerns

• Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for new students.

• Advising: Provide academic advice

• Event Coordination: Organize student events and activities

• Liaison: Communicate between students, faculty, and staff

• Documentation: Keep records of student interactions and progress

• Resource Management: Maintain and update student resources.

• Compliance: Ensure activities follow school policies and regulations

Position Requirements:

Education: Bachelor in Management, Education, Psychology, Social Science, Counseling, or related field

Work Experience: 24 months or more in similar role

Foreign Language: Fluency in Russian language

Other: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong organizational skills; Cultural sensitivity; Proficient in MS Office; Ability to work independently and

in a team
