Female Academic Director (2 campuses, 2 positions)

Location: Shanghai, China Qingpu and Changning District

Start date for Qingpu: ASAP, latest Jan. 2027

Start date for Changning: Feb. 2027 or Sept. 2027

Requirements:

-British female candidates preferred

-Bachelor degree should be related to Education or EYFS

-Prefers experienced British teacher

-At least 2 years strong management experience in an Int'l school

-Familiarity with EYFS curriculum, must have teaching experience EYFS or IB PYP

-Understanding of Chinese or Asian Culture

-Open, felxible and has good interpersonal skills

-Age preferred : 35 to 45 years old

Responsibilities:

-Set up and implement curriculum frameworks (IB PYP, EYFS, Montessori with localized adaptation

-Chinese international curriculum integration, teaching plan approval

-Participate in faculty recruitment process

-Organize onboarding training & regular pedagogical workshops

-Establish teacher evaluation criteria,assess teaching quality and ensure parents satisfaction

-Conduct classroom inspection, guide classroom layout, lesson materials optimization

-Parent activity organization, parent complaint handling

-Handle and maintain foreign teacher complaince

-Work closely with Admissions department, provide curriculum highlights for enrollment presentations and receive prospective parents/students.

-Planning variety of school activities for example Christmas, Holloween, Spring break etc.
