The main role of an Erikson School English teacher is to support students in their learning development involved with the various subjects, skills, abilities, and values in English, Science, and Geography. The Erikson School teacher is committed to helping our students change our community for the better.

The teacher must be able to imagine, create, and sustain a classroom culture that ensures competent and compelling learning and incorporates pedagogical innovations and investigation. They must utilize the appropriate pedagogical methodology in order to achieve established program objectives and meet the needs of students with empathy and care for the whole person.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Homeroom teacher for English, Geography, and Science
• Work includes giving lessons, planning, needs analysis, assessment, feedback, and normal teaching administrative duties
