Training and Professional Development:

We offer all new teachers our 4 day TCERT training when they arrive in China. Our experienced teacher trainers will be able to fully prepare you to teach your first class through both practical and theoretical training. We have designed our own curriculum and books in house, so lesson planning is a breeze and takes minimal time. Our goal is to provide you with a supportive environment and the guidance and training to allow you to continually develop your teaching skills.

At Aston we also provide numerous opportunities for advancment in the company with a variety of management positions available such as Foreign School Manager, Deputy Regional Director, Recruitment, Regional Support Officer and Foreign Teacher Trainer.  

What we're looking for:

Native speaker from US, Canada, UK, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or Australia

Bachelor’s degree or above

Clean criminal record

Passion for education

Benefits:

Salary: 13,000 - 18,000+ RMB per month, depending on experience and location

23 hour contract with 3 days off per week
