Fifth Wings is now recruiting for 2 English Language Teachers or Assistant Language Teachers (ALT), preferably with previous experience as an English Teacher to work in GUNMA or the TOCHIGI area for the school year of June 2021 - May 2022.

Applicants should be in Japan with a proper work visa or able to process ASAP.

POSITION # 1: (OTA - GUNMA PREFECTURE)

5 DAYS / WEEK - Fridays & Sundays Off

Applicants from other countries not mentioned will be considered as well.  As long as their country uses English as the main language.

CONTRACT PERIOD: 1 year contract, starts June 2021 and ends May 2022.

PAYMENT:  ¥230,000 - 250,000 – per month (depending on experience) before taxes.

Salary to be paid on the 15th of each month.

RESIDENCE:  Company will assist in finding the teacher a suitable apartment. 

WORKING HOURS: Schedule and hours vary throughout the week. Teachers are required to work 5 days a week with plenty of breaks and relaxing time. Classes range between 45 minutes – 50 minutes (including 10 minutes break). Adult classes are longer than 50 minutes.

TYPE OF WORK: Teach English to kindergarten kids, elementary school kids and some adult classes. Experience with children is essential. Ability to relate to and have fun with children. Participate in and assist with extra-curricular activities, Christmas activities and Halloween.  Teachers should enjoy dressing up for Halloween with costumes. Assist with other duties specified by the supervisor or the school principal at your workplace.

Required:  BA or BS in any major.  TESL/TEFL/CELTA or Teaching Certification.

Must be of sound mental and physical health.  Applicants must not have a Criminal Record.

VISA: Company will provide full sponsorship to applicant.

HOLIDAYS: All Japanese Calendar holidays are paid.
