Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Native English Speaking Homeroom/ESL Teacher to join our kindergarten team in Shenyang. The teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate English lessons and taking charge of daily homeroom management for young kids, creating a positive, lively and interactive bilingual learning environment.
Working Details
Student Age: 2.5 – 6 years old
Class Size: 15 – 20 kids per class (small-class teaching)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Days Off: Full weekends off (stable schedule, no weekend work)
Teaching Resources: Complete official teaching materials fully provided by the school
Requirements
Nationality: Native English speaker (US/UK candidates highly preferred)
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience: Minimum 2 years of formal early childhood/English teaching experience
Personal Traits: Patient, energetic, child-loving, responsible, and skilled in interacting with young children
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 RMB after tax salary
Housing Allowance: 2,000 RMB/month
Visa Support: Official legal Chinese work visa fully sponsored
Flight Reimbursement: One-way international air ticket reimbursement after completing one-year contract
Extra Bonus: Performance-based bonus available
Teaching Support: Standard and systematic teaching materials provided
