We are TuTalk, a leading 1:1 tutoring service operating in South Korea and China. Our platform offers 20 and 40-minute classes, with competitive pay rates of CAD 19.5 per hour. We are seeking native tutors from Canada, the US, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

Compensation

• CAD 6.5 per 20-minute lesson, equivalent to CAD 19.5 per hour (approximately $14 USD per hour)

• Payments are made bi-weekly via PayPal

• Additional incentives available

Work Flexibility

• Teach from any location, at any time, without the need for in-person sessions.

Simple Setup

• Begin teaching immediately with the TuTalk desktop app. All lesson materials are provided, requiring no prior preparation.

Tutor Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience

• Experience in ESL teaching, both online and offline

• Strong knowledge of English speaking instruction

• Excellent communication skills

• Positive and kind demeanor

• ESL Teaching Certification

• Reliable tutoring environment (stable internet, quiet space, necessary equipment)

• Availability to work at least 10 hours per week

Lesson Delivery Options

• On-Air (real-time class requests)

• Scheduled bookings

Technical Requirements

• Noise-canceling headset/microphone

• Stable LAN internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps

• WiFi is not permitted for conducting classes
