Teaching duties include:

• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly lesson plans
• Communicating with parents
• Completing assessments and portfolios on children’s development
• Working closely with fellow Chinese teachers to create a safe and friendly classroom environment
• Assisting in co-coordinating and organizing special school events

Compensation and Benefit

• Salary: Starting from ¥24,000 – 27,000 AFTER Tax including Housing.
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of the total net salary of a two-year academic year contract.
• 6.5-10% Salary increase every year
• Insurance: Accident, Outpatient and Hospitalization
• Holidays: 48 paid school holidays + 6 sick leave days (4 paid & 2 non-paid) + 5 non-paid casual leave days per academic year.

About the job

This k-12 institute is looking for an inspiring education that has experience in a kindergarten setting to join our kindergarten Team. 

The kindergarten was established to provide kindergarten care for our staff’s second generation. It helps all babies to develop their physical, verbal and social skills through our kindergarten emersion environment.

Note** Working Days are Tuesday to Saturday. Your job entails looking after the children of the teachers who work at the school.

Requirements

• Native English Speaker
• Bachelor’s degree required (In early Childhood education preferred)
• At least 2 years full time teaching successful experience.
