Position Overview

INX Academy Salt Lake City is seeking a reliable and engaging Night Teacher to deliver evening instruction to adult learners. This role is ideal for an instructor who enjoys working with diverse student populations and is passionate about helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, engaging lessons in accordance with the approved curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Track attendance, student progress, and performance
• Provide academic support, feedback, and mentoring to students
• Maintain compliance with institutional policies and academic standards
• Communicate effectively with academic leadership and administrative staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• Prior teaching or training experience (ESL, business, IT, or vocational subjects preferred)
• Experience working with adult learners and/or international students is a plus
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to work evening hours consistently
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and basic technology tools

Preferred Skills

• ESL or TESOL certification (for language programs)
• Industry experience in business, accounting, or IT-related fields
• Experience with hybrid or online instruction
