Professional Development

You will not only be teaching, but also developing your own skill sets and competencies. Teacher training and support is central to our company culture and through workshops, seminars and class observations you will be constantly expanding the teaching methods at your disposal. Main Responsibilities

• 25 teaching hours + 10 office hours per week
• Working schedule including weekends (two days off during weekdays)
• Teach a variety of English classes to a range of abilities
• Ensure students learn and progress and receive the support and encouragement needed
• Take part in social activities

Compensation

• Excellent salary: 16,000 – 25,000 RMB per month for teachers in China, for all cities in China (depending on qualifications & experience)
• Excellent salary: 12,000 – 18,000 RMB per month for teachers outside China, for all cities in China (depending on qualifications & experience)
• A housing allowance to help cover rent, ranging from 1,500 RMB – 3,000 RMB
• Flight reimbursement of up to 8,000 RMB
• Legal ‘Z’ work visa and residence permit provided
• Visa reimbursement of up to 7,500 RMB (2,000 RMB for each of the 3 documents required to apply, and 1,500 RMB for the z-visa application)
• Pre-paid 120-hour TEFL course (for fresh graduates!)
• Medical reimbursement of up to 1,700 RMB (1,000 RMB – Overseas, 700 RMB – China)
• Resident Permit reimbursement of up to 800 RMB
• Contract-renewal bonus of 3,000 RMB – 6,000 RMB
• Quarterly performance bonus of up to 2,500 RMB
• Open class bonus of 200 RMB per new student signed
• 7-days free hotel accommodation upon arrival
• 11 days of Chinese public holidays, 10 more days of annual leave, plus Christmas Day
• Airport pick-up when you land, as well as an introduction to your new city

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 120 hour TEFL certificate (No TEFL? – We recommend INTESOL)
• 2 years of teaching experience preferred
