Position: English Homeroom Teacher
On-board: February 1,2024

Responsibilities: 
1. Lesson planning, delivery, assessment and recording 
2. Giving constructive feedback to student’s performance 
3. Implement the KG age-appropriate curriculum effectively 
4. Record and assess student’s performance  from physical, cognitive, social and emotional domains and so on 
5. Attendance at and contribution to school meetings 
6. Participation in professional development activities within and outside the school 
7. Responsible for demo class to enroll new students 
8. Parent liaison where there are student concerns 
9. Attendance at official KG funstions and organize student field trips 
10. Leading professional development    
       initiatives derived from the kids 
       workshop attendance 
11. Contribution to the kids sporting, 
       cultural and special student activities team Work 
12. Pastoral care of staff 
13. Collaboration with colleagues positively 
14. Collaboration with ELL and Learning 
       Support colleagues 
15. Collaboration in curriculum development as  
      necessary 5.Collective responsibility for school policy implementation 
      Education Administration 
16. Keeping daily documents appropriately 
17. Teaching materials preparation 
18. Classroom environment and display 
19. Keep confidential of all information 
20. Maintain positive relationship with parents 
21. Take proper care of school properties 

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above  (Notarized/Authenticated);
2. Native English Speakers only;
3. 120 hour TEFL or TESOL Certified (Notarized/Authenticated):
4. Minimum 1 year teaching experience (Preferred);
5. Non-criminal Record/Police Clearance (Notarized/Authenticated)
6. 2+ years teaching experience

Salary and benefits: 
1. Monthly salary: open for negotiation: 23K to 30k RMB pre-tax
2. Work Visa covered
3. Working lunch will be provided
4. Working hours Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm

6. Flight to Nanjing 1st time relocation from home country to Nanjing
