Part-time, 1.5 hours/week for 2 weeks, 2~4 Tue/month and one Thur/month. 3000yen/hour. Prepare junior high school students for the Eiken speaking examination, and improve their everyday English communication skills. The courses will be taught by one JTE and one native instructor. The JTE will teach the same students on an alternative day about other aspects of the exam. Instructors will conduct a trial lesson on November 4th, Thursday (15:50-16:30 beginner, 16:40-17:20 intermediate). The student sign-up rate will determine whether the courses will open or not on Wednesday, November 10th. Minimum sign-up is 5 students per course (Beginner and Intermediate). The number of students will depend on the sign-up rate (maximum of 15 students). Work location Shiki-shi, Saitama, 20 minutes walk from Shiki station. Proper visa, native English speaker, BA/BS, TESL/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification, three years experience teaching at a Japanese private elementary and junior high school, and three years teaching experience in Eiken preparation required.
