An English Academy in Seoul is currently seeking skilled and experienced native English teachers for part-time/full-time positions, who have a passion for teaching young learners.

• Starting date: ASAP
• Teaching levels: 4-13 years old
• Location: Sangwangsimni station 
• Working Condition: 
• Part time: M-F / 4 hours a day
• Full time: M-F / 10am - 7pm (1 hour lunch time)
• Pay: will be discussed during the interview

! 3-month probation period! 

*Must be a native English speaker with a BA degree from an accredited University. TESOL/TEFL (offline) certificate is a big plus! Must be available for an in-person interview.*

Position Requirements: 

• Native English speaker with a BA degree from an accredited University. 
• TESOL/TEFL (offline) certificate is a big plus!
• E2, F2, F4, F5, F6 visa 
• Must have at least 2 years of English teaching experience in Korea in hagwons 
• Must have a passion for education and love children

Responsibilities:

• Teach and manage elementary level students (small class sizes, 8-12 max).
• Prepare teaching materials provided by the academy.
• R&D (developing supplemental materials, lesson plans, etc. to go along with our curriculum or any new curriculum that we decide to utilize).
• Communicate with co-workers and parents regarding students’ classroom behavior and academic progression.
• Grade and edit students’ work.
• Maintain attendance records of students.
• Monitor and maintain students’ progress through regular assessments and feedback.
