1. OVERVIEW

• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Student Type: Working adults in Vietnam
• Class Duration: 45 minutes per session
• Class Size: From 1-6 students
• Material Provided: Teaching account, session slides, and prepared lesson plans

2. TEACHING SCHEDULE: We are currently seeking teachers who are available during the following time slots:

• Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (with high priority for the 8:00 AM slot)
• Evening: 8:00 PM – 11:45 PM
• Higher demand on Saturdays and Sundays

3. RESPONSIBILITIES:

>> Before Class

• Submit your weekly availability and ensure you provide sufficient teaching hours as required
• Thoroughly review lesson slides and lesson plans in advance to prepare for class

>> During Class

• Join assigned classes on time and conduct substitute lessons when requested
• Follow the lesson plan to ensure structured and effective lesson delivery
• Actively correct learners’ pronunciation and language mistakes to support their progress

>> After Class

• Submit summative written feedback for each class promptly
• Adhere to all guidelines and expectations outlined in the current Teacher’s Handbook

4. REQUIREMENTS

• EDUCATION & TRAINING: English Language Teaching Certificate (TEFL/ TESOL/ CELTA) (at least 120 hours).
• SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  ⚬ Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL).
  ⚬ Candidates should have strong English language skills, including fluency in speaking and accurate pronunciation.
• TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  ⚬ Have a functioning webcam, headphones, and a microphone with decent quality and appropriate lighting.
  ⚬ A laptop/PC device with:
  - Operating system: Minimum MacOS 10.14 / Windows 10 Professional, 64-bit.
  - Hardware: Minimum 8 GB RAM + CPU with at least 4 cores OR a clock speed of at least 1.8 GHz.
  - Chip generation/device model released after 2019.
  - Internet speed: Ping 20Mbps; Download > 30Mbps.

• Pay Rate (Before Tax): $9.40 – $20.00 per 45-minute lesson
