Position Details

Start Date:  

• Immediately

Teaching Hours:  

• Minimum of 40 peak hours per month
• Peak hours: Monday – Sunday from 18h00 – 22h00 (Beijing time)
• Teachers can choose any 40 peak hours in a month to meet the minimum requirement (10 peak hours a week). Teachers can book more than 40 hours a month.
• Hours are not guaranteed. 

Students:   

• Teaching kids and adults based in Asia

Location:  

• Work from the convenience of your home

Minimum Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification
• TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA
• 2 years’ online English teaching experience preferred
• Computer literate 
• No criminal record 

Tech Requirements

PC specifications 

• Processor: Intel ® Core™ i5 CPU @2.40GHz (4 CPUs) or greater 
• Memory: 8GB RAM or greater

Backup power  

• Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life up to 4-5 hours (2000VA) (or willing to purchase before commencing teaching) 

A stable fibre internet connection 

• At a minimum of 20 mbps upload and download speeds 
• PC is connected via a LAN cable and not via a Wi-Fi connection  

Noise-cancelling headsets and HD web camera

• Back-up headset highly recommended 

Tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
