North American ESL Teachers are needed in BEIJING

Qualifications:
1. a bachelor's degree or above with an English teaching certificate (TEFL/TESOL/etc.)
2. experienced in teaching K-9 English as a second language and English language arts
3. knowledge and understanding of online group teaching and 1 on 1 personalized teaching
4. willingness to collaborate with diverse teams, including the curriculum, operations, and marketing teams
5. a positive attitude and a sense of professionalism to work
6. a strong background of CCSS curriculum and experience of teaching live online classes could be a plus
Requirements:
1. teach live online English classes to students mainly aged between 6-15 (up to 500 students in one class)
2. develop academic English courses, including but not limited to English reading and writing
3. proofread and do voice and video recording for course materials, marketing materials and others when needed
4. provide consulting service to the curriculum team

Location: Chaoyang, Beijing
Starting date: ASAP
Working Hours: 10am-7 pm (without classes, office time), or 12pm-9pm (with live classes)

Salary Package: 35k+/m (before tax) including base salary, class fees, and extra payment applied when participating in developing course materials and etc.
