About the role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Online Tutor to join our team at Mison Ltd. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality virtual learning experiences for students across a range of subjects. This is a full-time position based in China, offering the flexibility to work remotely.

What you'll be doing

Delivering engaging and interactive online tutoring sessions
Developing and customising lesson plans to cater to the individual needs of each student
Providing timely feedback and support to students, ensuring their academic progress and growth
Collaborating with the education team to identify and implement effective teaching strategies
Maintaining accurate records of student progress and attendance

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Education, a relevant subject area, or a related field
Preferably in an academic setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
A passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
