Native Online ESL Teachers required!
**For Kids and teens (ages 6 to 12 years old)
Start Date: ASAP (needs to be able to join asap)
Rate per hour: 100 RMB per hour (2 lessons 25 mins each, 10 minutes break)
(payments on the 15th working day of the following month)
Teaching hours: 40-100 hours per month with regular schedule

Requirements:
-Native English speakers from the US, UK, Canada and Australia
-Bachelor degree holders
-TEFL or TEFL certificate 120 hours
-Online teaching experience is a Must
-Able to deliver engaging and creative 1 to 1 lessons for kids ages 6 to 12
-Can accept salary via Alipay or WeChat pay (free) or Bank Wire transfer with charges per transfer.

*All applicants will be interviewed online and will be asked to deliver a short 8-10 minute demo lesson (topic is provided)
*Please note that the interview is a panel interview and other candidates will be doing their demo and interview as well during the online meeting (Microsoft teams) so kindly apply only if you are comfortable with this interview style.

Incentive program 2026:
More lesson hours and good performance, more earnings!

50 hours and above - 5 RMB added to your hourly pay
80 hours and above- 10 RMB added to your hourly pay
100 hours and above- 15 RMB added to your hourly pay

*100% incentive payment will be paid if you did not receive any written warning for TNS (no valid reason or did not inform Yingfu) or late Sub-outs that resulted to TNS or if there is any complain against your performace, otherwise there will be 50% deduction on your incentive.
