We connect native English-speaking teachers with Chinese students to improve their language proficiency and global awareness. Through expert consulting and high-quality instruction, we aim to bridge cultural gaps and empower students for academic and personal success.

Job Responsibilities:

·        Teach engaging and interactive online English classes to small groups of 1 - 6 Chinese students.

·        Use the provided teaching materials, lesson plans, and student handouts.

·        Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

·        Provide occasional feedback on student progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        TEFL/TESOL certification preferred.

·        Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience (online teaching is a plus).

·        Strong communication and teaching skills.

·        Reliable computer and stable internet connection.

·        Availability during Beijing Time evening and/or weekend hours (early mornings or evenings in the US).
