Guangzhou Korean School is looking for a primary native teacher of next school year starting from March, 2023.

• Job Opportunity: Native English Teacher
• Full-time English Teacher (Grade 1-6)
• School: Guangzhou Korean School (Authorized by both Chinese and South Korean governments)
• Position: 1 full-time English teacher for primary school (Grade 1-6)
• Teaching Hours: 21 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
• Contract Period: March 1, 2023 – February 28, 2025

Salary:

• 20,000~25,000 RMB per month according to your experience and degree
• paid even during summer and winter vacations
• Annual Bonus: about10,000RMB which applies to your second year, based on the annual teachers’ assessment after working for 1 year

Benefits:

• – Housing subsidies: 4,000/6,000 RMB per month (depending on the number of the dependents)
• – Lunch Allowance: 500 RMB per month
• – Round-trip plane tickets, COVID-19 quarantine costs, and visa issuance fees in China.: When the contract is fulfilled

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Native speaker from USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa (Currently living in China preferred.)
• Degree: Those who graduated from college or higher (regardless of their major)
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience (necessary for visa application)
• Less than 2 years of teaching experience (for English majors and English teaching certificate holders)
• Preferential treatment for majors in English literature and pedagogy.
• Excellent teachers can receive an additional reward.
