Job Descriptions

1. Teach and facilitate classes, help with teaching and taking care of the children;
2. Prepare lesson plans, materials and resources;
3. Select and use instructional methods and materials appropriate to the students and learning activities;
4. Help to set up classroom for class activities in different culture days;
5. Adapt standard teaching methods to meet different student needs and interests;
6. Create a positive and appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning;
7. Observe, evaluate and record children's social and academic progress;
8. Other curriculum activities or duties required by the school;

Requirements

1. Native English speaker;
2. Bachelor’s Degree or above (early childhood education related major preferred);
3. TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
4. Clear criminal background check;
5. Previous working experience in related fields preferred;

Salary and Benefits

1. Salary range 22,000 to 28,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2. Housing allowance included in the salary package;
