Position: Headmaster (Founding position)
Start Date: July 2024
Location: Phuket, Thailand  

Job Details: 
-Looking for school leader to serve as the founding Headmaster, we welcome applications from qualified and passionate leaders who is eager to take on this challenge. 
-Strategic and operational responsibility for the school 
-Provide inspiring and perposeful leadership for the staffs, students and the wider community
-Monitor and evaluate the performance of the school and maintain the quality of teaching and learning
-Improve the existing system for the management of the staff performance, incorporating target setting and individual development plans.

Requirements:
-Preferably from the United Kingdom
-BA in Education or BA Degree with relevant teaching qualification is essential
-Minimum 5 years experience in Education
-Minimum 2 years experience in a Senior leadership position
-Experience delivering the British National curriculum to international students
-Experience on Project based learning
-Strong and consistent supervisory skills
-Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
