We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Influencer / Content Creator to help promote ESLBoards.com to ESL teachers, English teachers, online tutors, TEFL/TESOL certificate holders, recruiters, and schools worldwide.

Position Overview

The Social Media Influencer will create and share engaging content that promotes ESLBoards.com, increases brand awareness, attracts ESL teachers to the platform, and encourages schools and employers to post job opportunities. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, education content, teacher communities, and how to create engaging posts that drive traffic and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and post engaging content promoting ESLBoards.com on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Develop short videos, reels, posts, stories, and promotional content targeting ESL teachers and schools.
• Help grow awareness of ESLBoards.com within the ESL, TESOL, TEFL, and online teaching communities.
• Encourage teachers to visit ESLBoards.com to search for jobs and career opportunities.
• Encourage schools, recruiters, and education companies to post teaching positions on ESLBoards.com.
• Collaborate with ESLBoards.com on promotional campaigns, content ideas, and messaging.
• Track engagement, reach, clicks, and other basic performance results when possible.
• Represent ESLBoards.com in a professional, positive, and brand-appropriate manner.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social media content, influencer campaigns, or online promotional content.
• Active presence on one or more platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, or X.
• Strong communication skills and ability to create clear, engaging, and professional content.
• Interest in ESL, TEFL, TESOL, international education, teaching, recruitment, or online learning.
• Ability to create content that appeals to teachers, schools, and education professionals.
• Self-motivated, creative, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
• Prior experience in ESL, teaching, tutoring, education, or recruitment is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Existing audience of teachers, ESL professionals, international educators, students, or job seekers.
• Experience promoting websites, job boards, education platforms, or online services.
• Ability to create short-form video content and explain services in a simple, engaging way.
• Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, content scheduling, and social media analytics.
• Multilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience, audience size, content plan, and campaign structure. ESLBoards.com is open to discussing fixed payments, performance-based compensation, affiliate-style arrangements, or ongoing monthly promotional partnerships.
