About the Role:

A well-established English language school in Daqing, Heilongjiang province, is looking for a full-time ESL teacher. The school has a strong reputation and offers a supportive, structured teaching environment for both new and experienced educators.

Student age: 2 – 15 years old

Work schedule: Wednesdays to Sundays (Mondays and Tuesdays off)

Work hours: Less than 35 hours per week, including 20 teaching hours

Contract term: one year, starts as soon as the work visa is issued

Requirements:

Native English speaker

Bachelor‘s degree or above

Previous English teaching experience is a plus, but not required

You’ll receive a competitive monthly salary of 15,000 – 22,000 RMB, plus free independent accommodation (or a 1,000 RMB monthly housing allowance). The position includes fully paid Chinese public holidays, two weeks of paid winter vacation, and one week of paid summer vacation. You’ll also receive an airfare allowance (2,500 RMB in the first year, 5,000 RMB from the second year onward), a 5,000 RMB renewal bonus, accident insurance, and full work visa support — with visa and medical check costs reimbursed.
