Basic Requirements & Competencies:
⁃ Age: 25-35 years old
⁃ Gender: Male/female
⁃ Native-English speaker
⁃ Is outgoing and has good human relations and people skills.
⁃ Demonstrates strong professionalism, pays attention to details and is responsible for the assigned tasks.
⁃ Applicants with prior ESL teaching experience will be given special consideration.
⁃ Experience with teaching online an advantage.
Position Summary:
⁃ To screen candidates and conduct interviews and teachers training.
⁃ To organize and coordinate with relevant persons during the teacher selection process.
⁃ To support, develop, and motivate teachers.
⁃ To build positive relationships with stakeholders, media, and public.
⁃ To organize PR events and serve as the company’s spokesperson.
⁃ To edit the content/lesson materials used in class.
