Hello! My name is Rachel Burtch! I'm a recently graduated student from the University of Michigan - Flint, with my Bachelors in English with a Specialization in Linguistics, as well as my TESOL Certificate! Throughout my college career, I became involved in "conversation partner" work, which was helping international students with speaking English, as well as helping them with assignments sometimes. I had a ton of fun with that program, and met some lifelong friends with it! Through that program, I realized my passion/empathy for ESL learners, and how important it is to have someone who is patient, and willing to listen in a judgement free-zone for them. My goal is to be that person for all students!
