I am excited to teach in Korea, and I have experience with young children, and adults. I have taught dance for children aged 4-18 since 2005. I am professional, outgoing, and engaging. I enjoy using art, music and games to keep students excited about learning. I've been told that I have the ability to make overwhelming or complex tasks easy to understand. In my past employment experience I was a corporate trainer, responsible for: - Obtaining expectations from our partner/client - Developing a training plan - Sourcing materials, courses, and instructors (often myself) - Ensuring employees completed training and were tested or evaluated - Assessment of the use of the newly acquired information or skills in the work environment In this role I was approached by expatriate employees from Pakistan, India, China, Hong Kong, and South Korea to assist them in improving their spoken English and I volunteered on my own time to work with them to improving their spoken English skills.
