My name is Batanani Ditshwenyego, a young woman of 30 years from Botswana. I completed my Bachelor of Education Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences in 2017 and my TEFL certificate in November 2024. I firmly believe that a combination of my qualifications and teaching experience make me an ideal ESL teacher. I have mostly worked with children aged 8-11 years in different schools and different parts of the country. This experience has improved my ability to work with children from diverse cultural backgrounds. Earning a TEFL certificate has improved my teaching skills and I look forward to transferring them to English language students of various nationalities. Given an opportunity to practice what i have learnt, I would grow and perfect my English language teaching skills. I love engaging in school projects such as training children for pageantry competitions. This helps students develop confidence, develop a positive image and foster a healthy self-esteem.
