Our goal when working with our partner institutions is to provide academic solutions that are both innovative and flexible. We pride ourselves on the long-term relationships we have built up with our current partners and see this as a strategic aim of our organization when entering into new partnerships.

We do this by building strong relationships at the individual as well as at an organizational level. This in turn allows us to gain a more rounded understanding of the needs of our partners thus allowing us to meet and exceed their expectations.As an organization we have a very simple core philosophy. This is at the heart of everything we do. We are a teaching focused organization and the prime criteria we use when judging our success is a positive student experience. Creating a positive working environment within our partnership institutions, building strong ties between foreign and local staff.

Earlybirds achieves this by our strong focus on recruitment, curriculum development, classroom management and ongoing teacher development.

Our academic partners include: Sanda University, Shanghai University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai Xinanweiyu Middle School, Shanghai No.3 Girl’s High School, Shanghai Experimental School（Pudong Primary School and Shanghai Qingpu World Foreign Language Kindergarten.
