Huaai Preparatory Academy (HPA) was established in 2022 under Chengdu Huaai School in Chengdu. It integrates Chengdu ISS International School (Zhonghai Campus) and Meten Preparatory Academy, both boasting years of experience in international education. Nestled by the picturesque Furong Lake and spanning 455 mu, the campus features a one-of-a-kind natural ecological park in Chengdu, offering a unique learning environment comprising one school, one lake and one garden.
HPA adopts a 12-year continuous education system covering primary through senior high school. While fulfilling the requirements of China’s compulsory education curriculum, its primary and junior high programmes incorporate extensive foreign language courses, together with art, physical education and STEM courses.
At the senior high level, HPA partners with The Independent School, a US Blue Ribbon high school. Built upon the North American curriculum and AP courses, it also offers A-Level programmes. Our mission is to provide a solid platform for students aspiring to pursue higher education at universities worldwide.
Upon graduation, HPA students receive a globally recognised high school diploma issued by the US Blue Ribbon high school, granting them distinct advantages when applying to top universities across the globe.
