2. Decent rate! $5-$7 per 50 minutes of a class, plus incentives for perfect attendance, highest conversion rate, etc. Perform well enough, and performance appraisals are also something to look forward to!

III. What do we need?
If you are:
1. Have a working laptop with headset (noise-canceling), web camera, and stable internet
2. Have at least 1 year teaching adult
3. Willing to be trained and start immediately
