2. Decent rate! $5-$7.00 per hour, plus incentives for perfect attendance, highest conversion rate, etc. Perform well enough, and performance appraisals are also something to look forward to!

2. Plot your schedule how you want it. Full-time (8 hrs) and part time (4 hrs) positions are available.

III. What do we need?
If you are:
1. Have a working laptop with headset (noise-canceling), web camera, and stable internet
2. Have at least 1 year teaching adult
3. Willing to be trained and start immediately
